Privacy notice

NEOVIUX is a pre-incorporation research and commercialisation project spinning out of DTU Energy at the Technical University of Denmark. It is not yet a registered company, so there is no CVR number or registered legal entity to name here yet. This notice will be updated with the registered entity, its CVR number and its registered address once incorporation completes.

Until then, enquiries about this site and any data it handles should go to the project team via the contact route below.

No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tools, no third-party scripts. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it.

Web fonts and images are served directly from this domain rather than from a third-party CDN, so simply loading the page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.

One item, and only if you interact with the consent banner: your choice is written to sessionStorage under the key neoviux-cookie-consent, so the banner does not reappear on every page. It contains no identifier and is not sent to any server. Your browser discards it when you close the tab.

To be precise about a common misnomer: this site currently sets no cookies at all.

This site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent in order to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own data processing terms, and rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. We do not use those logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

Booking a briefing uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you follow that link you leave this site, and whatever you enter there (typically your name, email address and meeting details) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy as well as by us, so that we can hold the meeting you requested.

We keep such correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation it relates to, and for any record-keeping we are legally required to maintain.

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or restrict our processing of it, and request a portable copy. Given the above, the realistic case is correspondence you have sent us.

To exercise any of these, contact us via the briefing link on the homepage. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

The DTU, Lithoz and Nexceris marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify genuine research, manufacturing and supply relationships. They do not imply endorsement of NEOVIUX by those organisations beyond the relationships described.

Published research is cited and linked to its original source and DOI. Copyright in those publications remains with their publishers and authors.

Cell-level performance figures are drawn from peer-reviewed work published in Nature Energy (Zhou et al., 2025) and are cited as such. Module-level figures are engineering targets at TRL 3–4, not measured product specifications, and are marked as projections wherever they appear. Nothing on this site is an offer of sale or a warranty of performance.

This notice will be revised as the project incorporates and as the site gains functionality. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
